Day
The day as an object: a tear-off page with the date in dots, the month, weekday and clock in the pixel face, the minute filling along its foot; the year so far one dot a day, the days left and the moon; one line for the day. Tap the page to tear it off. And a small tile of the date.
Use it for
- Today on a canvas or a home screen: the date big, the time, how much of the year is gone, and a line to carry.
Don't use it for
- Picking a date: that is a date field. A schedule: that is a calendar.
